An ally for modern medicine.
GLP-1 agonists (eg. Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Rybelsus®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Trulicity®, and compounded Tirzepatides and Semaglutides) represent an incredible advancement in modern medicine. However, it’s very common for GLP-1 users to develop digestive problems like nausea and diarrhea, as these medications slow the body’s natural digestive and absorptive functions. As an unfortunate result of these symptoms, users abandon the medications altogether.
This is why we created Relesium. To quickly relieve digestive distress, to help GLP-1 users comfortably and safely take the prescribed dosages, and to help them enjoy the maximum benefit possible.

GLP-1s in action.
GLP (Glucagon-like peptide) slows the emptying of the stomach, as well as the transportation of food and waste through the small intestine. This signals the brain to reduce appetite and enhance the pancreas’ insulin response.
This slowing also increases how long our gut lining is exposed to potentially-damaging digestive enzymes, which can lead to a build-up of unwanted microbes (known as dysbiosis). This build up of microbes can lead to unwanted side effects like nausea, bloating, diarrhea and constipation.
Relesium’s natural antibodies and antimicrobial factors help neutralize some of the toxic effects of unwanted microbes and promote a healthy gut flora. This includes strengthening the gut lining through direct protective actions on the gut lining cells, as well as providing antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals during an energy deficit.
How Relesium Works.
Bovine colostrum and antibody-rich dried egg are the dynamic duo behind Relesium’s superpowered formula. Individually, both ingredients support gut health. But together, they combine to offer essential micronutrients, prebiotics, immunoglobulins, and antimicrobial properties.

Relesium strengthens the gut barrier against injury.
Hydrochloric acid (in the stomach) and digestive enzymes play a crucial role in facilitating normal digestion. However, excessive exposure can cause irritation, inflammation and even small breaks in the continuity of the gut lining.
Relesium has been shown to stabilise the gut lining against injury and rapidly close small defects, should they occur.

Natural synergy with the body.
Relesium enhances mucosal integrity (the health of your digestive linings) by targeting and neutralizing unwanted bacteria, working in-tandem with your body’s natural chemistry.
Claudin-1 is a naturally-occurring protein that strengthens our gut linings. Enterococcus bacteria negatively affect the body’s Claudin-1 levels, and in turn, our gut health. As seen in the figure to the left, Relesium aids in helping the body by neutralizing the harmful effects of enterococcus, improving Claudin-1 levels to a nearly-normal state.

Real people. Real results.
We put Relesium to the test in an observational study led by Dr. Harry Oken. We wanted to see and measure how the theory and formulation science behind our all-natural formulation would stand up and perform for real-world GLP-1 users.
So, how did Relesium fare?
100% of participants who were experiencing digestive distress from GLP-1 medications reported notable improvement and reduction in gut-related symptoms after adding Relesium.
We believe you should never have to choose between good health and debilitating side effects. Which is why Relesium is the natural choice for digestive and GLP-1 relief.
